At Khaal & Craft, we want every order to meet our quality standards. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the approved return address. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to change of mind, wrong size selection, style preference, color preference, or any reason not caused by Khaal & Craft, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, damaged item, wrong item, or production error by Khaal & Craft, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution. This may include repair, replacement, refund, or return shipping support, depending on the situation.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Natural leather may have slight variations in grain, texture, tone, or markings. These are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-size or made-to-measure products

  • Personalized or special-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective or incorrect

Custom-size and made-to-measure items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, wrong size selection, style preference, color preference, or customer-provided measurement issues.

However, if a custom-size or made-to-measure item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, production error, or if we shipped the wrong item, we will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Size and Measurement Responsibility

For standard-size items, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size guide.

For custom-size or made-to-measure items, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. If incorrect measurements are provided by the customer, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed production error by Khaal & Craft.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

For eligible standard-size items, the fastest way to receive a different item or size is to request a return. Once the return is accepted and approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Custom-size, made-to-measure, personalized, special-order, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless defective, incorrect, or affected by a confirmed production error.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, where required by applicable law.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom-size, made-to-measure, personalized, or special-order items may be excluded from the cooling-off period where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
