We try to display product information, descriptions, pricing, images, colors, sizing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all product details, colors, textures, or appearances will appear exactly the same on every screen or device.

Natural leather may have slight variations in grain, texture, tone, markings, and finish. These are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Section 3 - Orders

We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, where permitted by applicable law. Orders are only confirmed after acceptance and successful payment processing.

After placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing your order details, including product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, billing information, contact information, and any custom measurement details.

For custom-size, made-to-measure, personalized, or special-order items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and information. These items may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, production error, or wrong item shipped.

Section 4 - Prices, Taxes, and Billing

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted, where permitted by applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, payment, and contact information for all purchases.

Sales tax may be charged at checkout where required by applicable law. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

All payments are processed through Shopify and/or approved payment providers. We do not directly store full payment card details.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, high order volume, production delays, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

For U.S. customer orders, Khaal & Craft may arrange delivery using a duty-paid shipping method where applicable. When an order is shipped under a duty-paid arrangement, U.S. import duty and customs clearance charges are handled by Khaal & Craft or its shipping partners, and the customer should not receive a separate import-duty bill on delivery.

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Section 6 - Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Items sent without prior return approval may not be accepted.

Custom-size, made-to-measure, personalized, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, wrong size selection, style preference, color preference, or customer-provided measurement issues.

However, if a custom-size or made-to-measure item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, production error, or if we shipped the wrong item, we will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, product names, images, graphics, designs, logos, branding, layout, and other materials, belongs to Khaal & Craft or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without permission.
