Ready-to-wear orders usually take 8–12 business days for delivery. Custom-size and made-to-measure orders usually take 15–21 business days, as they require additional time for production and finishing.

All orders have a 3 business day handling time before dispatch. Ready-to-wear items are prepared and shipped after handling. Custom and made-to-measure jackets require extra production time before they are shipped.

A size chart is available on each product page to help you choose the right fit. For customers who want a custom size or personalized jacket, a customization form is available where you can provide your measurements and custom details.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not been processed. Once processing, production, or fulfillment has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Standard ready-to-wear orders may be eligible for return or replacement within 15 days of delivery. To request a return or replacement, please contact us through our Contact page with your order details.

Custom-size and made-to-measure orders are not eligible for return or replacement unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault.
