Shipping Policy

At Khaal & Craft, shipping timelines depend on product availability, production status, customization requirements, and fulfillment location.

Ready-to-Wear Items / U.S. Stock

If a product is listed as ready-to-wear or available from U.S. stock, it means the item is available in our U.S.-based inventory and can usually be dispatched faster.

Estimated processing time: Ships within 1 business day
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Shipping carriers may include DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other trusted couriers.

Standard Orders Without Customization

Orders that do not require customization, made-to-measure sizing, or special production work are usually processed and delivered within the standard shipping timeframe.

Shipping carriers may include DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other trusted couriers.

Made-to-Order / Custom Production

If a product is marked as made-to-order, custom size, made-to-measure, personalized, or requires production, it may be shipped from our production and fulfillment location in Pakistan.

Estimated processing and delivery time: 15–21 business days

Shipping carriers may include DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other international logistics partners.

U.S. Import Duties and Customs

For orders shipped to customers in the United States, Khaal & Craft may arrange shipment using a duty-paid method where applicable. When an order is shipped duty-paid, U.S. import duty and customs clearance charges are handled by Khaal & Craft or our shipping partners, and the customer should not receive a separate import-duty bill on delivery.

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated separately at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address and applicable tax rules.

International Orders Outside the United States

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Khaal & Craft is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local import rules, or destination-country requirements.

General Shipping Information

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather, high order volume, production delays, incorrect shipping details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help review the issue with the shipping carrier.
